At SPavlou Taekwondo, we believe in change. Although we’ve been teaching martial arts for over 40 years, our training methods are anything but old. Just like cars and hairstyles, Taekwondo has changed a lot since the 1980s. Luckily, at SPavlou Taekwondo, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt. With each new generation comes new ideas, new values, and new training methods. While we remain rooted in the core principles of traditional Taekwondo, we are constantly exploring new ways of teaching.
Our school knows that Taekwondo has the power to transform lives – because we’ve seen it firsthand. While there are many other sports and activities out there to choose from, none offer the same benefits as the martial arts. - 8th Dan Kukkiwon
- 1st level masters
- 1st level Examiner
- And can test up to 7th Dan no videos
